Acceptable Use Policy

These are the rules for using Vexa Engine. They exist to keep your outreach legal, keep the businesses you contact safe, and keep the platform deliverable for every customer. Breaking them can end your account — serious abuse ends it immediately, without refund.

• Contact only businesses in the United States and Canada.
• Follow every law that applies to your outreach: CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, Do Not Call rules, and CASL, including honoring opt-outs immediately.
• Send from your own verified domain, with your real business address in the footer and a working unsubscribe link (the app enforces both — do not try to remove them).
• Tell the truth in every pitch, demo, and claim you make to a prospect.

• Upload purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists. The product finds prospects for you; imported cold lists are how domains get burned and how laws get broken.
• Resell, publish, or redistribute raw data from search results (business lists, contact details, or review content). It is for your own outreach, not a data product.
• Harass anyone: no repeated contact after a no, no threats, no sexual or hateful content, no contacting individuals at home numbers.
• Make deceptive claims — fake urgency, invented credentials, impersonating another company, or presenting a demo as the business’s real property without their knowledge in a way intended to deceive.
• Use demo pages or voice agents for anything but genuine demos: no phishing, no payment collection, no login forms, no content that impersonates banks, government agencies, or other brands.
• Probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform, or share one login among several people.

We monitor abuse signals (bounce and complaint rates, published-page scans, reports from the public). Depending on severity we may warn you, pause a feature, unpublish content, or terminate the account. For illegal activity, fraud, or conduct that endangers others, termination is immediate and without refund, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
